This app does provide some basic information, but is far from effective overall. There is no “secure message center” even though I was directed to go there. There are no claim forms available for Davis Vision, or even a tab to download a claim forms available for. Someone should take a deeper look at what members are asked to use, before publishing this as an effective servicing option.
