I made an order through here during my unfortunate stay in Bogota and paid for food that was stuck at “preparing your order” for 2 HOURS!!! After waiting for such an extended time and making MULTIPLE attempts to cancel my order I was constantly reminded that “I am unable to cancel as the restaurant is preparing your order” ABSOLUTE BS!!!! After 2 wonderful hours of waiting for nothing I was then sent a “Your order has been delivered” notification…. HOW!?!?!?!?
