I bought the app through the App Store and didn’t use it for a couple months. I discovered that I didn’t have a subscription so I contacted customer service. I gave them the year subscription purchase receipt that still is good until next year. Shows the email I used but the technician said sorry can’t find your subscription. So now I’m out an entire year subscription. I highly recommend you avoid these crooks
