WARNING! Grab fully ignores their clients when they get stolen or taken advantage of by their drivers. I had 340 baht straight up stolen from me by a Grab driver and Grab support is nowhere to be found for 2 days, impossible to reach, no replies. Then when they do reply they ask for photo evidence, but the incident happened 48 hours before and there was nothing to take a picture of at that point. Then they say that since there is no photo evidence they cannot investigate and mark the issue as "resolved" another 3 days later. Support is just criminally bad to the point where it's not the driver

Two failed attempts in a row at ordering protein powder. First vendor went over the shipping deadline and then sent me a piece of cardboard instead of the item. Second attempt the vendor cancelled the order on the lasy day of the shippng deadline. So over 2 weeks wasted on this, still don't have my protein powder.
