This was my first time using the bolt service today, and I typically use Lime. I was very close to my destination when the scooter abruptly stopped, indicating I was out of the designated zone. Ideally, it should have stopped as soon as I exited the zone. Instead, the app halted my ride while I was in the middle of the street, preventing me from parking or returning. Consequently, I had to drag the scooter for 15 minutes to get back, which caused me to miss my meeting. This was a frustrating experience, compounded by unhelpful customer service that was unable to assist me over the phone.

The app free subscription is designed in a complicated manner to unsubscribe. I kept following the chain until i reached the the email link and sent the unsubscribe message. And still got charged! That's fraud .
