Customer service is non existent. I have a paid account and they deleted my account for no apparent reason, merged it with another account I had so people I matched with on one account, some of whom I know from my acquaintances, could see my other more private profile. I’ve had no response whatsoever from them and my privacy has been breached plus I lost all my connections now. They won’t reply but fixed the merge so I m sure they’re reading my messages. Your privacy isn’t safe on this app.
