Reviewing Apps Stinks

Well done Barron’s. It looks good and is easier to use. I can’t ask for much more. I do have this issue where it keeps telling me I have a payment issue to resolve. My card and info is current, I’ve checked on the website multiple times but I still get a notification every time I open the app that there is a pending payment issue that needs to be resolved. Please check it out for me! No other complaints though

Been a member forever. How is it that an app that constantly writes about and critiques governments for their national security and diplomacy practices can’t even iron out a simple computerized login process? The app has forgotten my password, and won’t accept my reset password from the website. I’ve also stopped receiving the magazine. I pay too much for this service to forget I exist. Tired of FA appearing in the reviews acting like everything is fine with an “Email me! We’ll take care of it!” How about you fix your app… it’s been behind the Guardian, the Atlantic, and the New Yorker for yea
