I downloaded this app realized it did not have the capability to text short phone numbers. I immediately canceled my profile with the company and removed the app from my phone…. they charged me twice. The way Apple billing works. Is they put all of your app charges in one big Charge at the end of the month. So I found out two weeks later that they charged me 7.99 twice. I immediately put in a refund dispute. It was denied. I put in an appeal to that decision. It was denied. While waiting for the appeal decision, they had the audacity to charge me once again. Apple refuses to give me my money b
