I paid for a trial lesson on this app but unfortunately the tutor asked me reschedule as she had some emergency . I had to cancel the class which I paid for in advance that i never recieved and dint get my money back either . I tried contacting customer service to resolve the issue but the customer support page wouldn’t even load so there was no way of getting help . Overall it was a very frustrating experience especially as a first time user . highly disappointed
