Wish i could give zero rating for this service. We family of four booked to and fro trip from Philadelphia to NY. There was no notification of delay of the bus. We waited for 2 hrs 15 mins and no sign of bus or any updates. The customer care finally refunded it as a voucher which we can use in 12 months. But we are not gonna this service in an year for sure.. there is no option to escalate or to request a refund to our account..such a horrible service. We came all the way from west and no value for us as a customer or for our time
