Ten minutes before landing with a need to make my connecting flight, we were rebooked to a different day, plus rebooked out of the premium legroom 3rd row to two middle row seats in rows 21 and 23. We told the flight was canceled due to weather. However, the connecting flight actually left on time and we had time to make the connecting flight. The gate agent lied to us. We were able to book another flight the next day 24hrs later. We were also told that we would have to pay for our own hotel. Every action taken by Southwest was the epitome of an airline that did not care about its customers. I
