This app upgrade is worse. At least with the old app I could log into my accounts. The new app has me locked out. I need my member number. I’ve never been given my FULL member number. I get a partial Member number on all of my late notices, that aren’t late because it’s automatically drafted out of my NOFFCU accounts, the member life insurance offers and when new board members take office. I wish I knew how to scam, SO I CAN ACCESS MY ACCOUNTS. I can’t even verify that I am human!!
