For the service, if you try streaming on your computer, it keeps buffering the whole time and never loads the video, you will be seeing the movie in stop motion. For the app, if you download the movie to see offline, it wont load the subtitles, and if you try to mirror the screen to your smart tv, the movie will play on the TV, but the subtitles will apear on your smartphone screen!!! How’s that even possible? I subscribed because of only one movie, now I’ll have to cancel without watching it. That’s too much money lost on a joke of an app.
