For over a year my air purifier was connected to my app and although a bit buggy and some elements not working I got by. Then one day my device disappeared from my app and I can not reconnect it. I go through the process of setting up new device and it says it is successful but then no device is listed. It still shows the humidity and temperature from my device in a room but not the device. I contacted the app developer over a month ago but no response. The whole point I bought this particular model was so it could connect to the app but now it won’t even do that!

Tracks too much personal data that seems unnecessary for its purpose.
