Charging animation not working although I've followed step by step the setup guide. Not even after I've restarted the device.

This is the answer I received from the GREAT Bloomberg after kindly asking them to cancel my subscription and refund me as I did not use the services (only the trial): "... At your request, we processed your cancellation effective 1/20/2021. Your subscription will remain active and you will retain access to Bloomberg.com until the end of the current billing cycle on 2/20/2021. We will be unable to issue a refund for any billing charges per our Terms of Service ; as you retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle..."
