Been late to a meeting because I was waiting for a driver to pick me up for 30 minutes. App doesn’t have all options. Very tough to reach out to customer support. Been asked to pay 1.6kd for a cancellation, for which the driver was really late. Had no option to contest the payment in the app!!!
