I moved countries not long ago and got a new phone number. I received calls from random people saying that I called them, which I clearly didn’t do. Recently I downloaded Telegram and to my surprise I found that my phone number is still being used by it’s old owner. The account is of course banned and my appeal was rejected within minutes. The app is literally unusable in this case.
