Orders take a long time to be delivered and when they get the order wrong which happens often they don’t provide any actual support like replacing the order or refunding the amount paid which is the industry standard they just apologize and end the support ticket. I tried calling them and all they said we are sorry there is nothing we can do!!! There is plenty they can do but they would rather take 3jd a month to offer you fake sales. Stop using this app and find better alternatives or go back to calling restaurants at least when they make a mistake with your order they take accountability.
