I was having trouble synching my E Wallet data on Christmas Eve, and sent an urgent request for support via their website. Believe it or not, on Christmas Day I received a response! That kind of customer service is hard to find anywhere, much less from a software developer. Lee (customer service agent) actually called me on the phone and walked me through the whole process... She was incredibly patient and understanding... So kudos to Illium, I wish every business was as concerned with customer service and satisfaction.
