Me and my fiancée booked a hotel room using this app and went we got to the hotel, they said all the rooms were sold and that they don’t save the reservation if we don’t prepay but the thing is that we did and it was 55 dollars the first time and they told us to call this app. We proceed to call and we told everything to customer service and they said they will contact and see what they will do and moments later, they sent us a email saying that our room is there but the hotel is saying there isn’t but we were too tired to argue so we went to an another hotel. The next day we had another reser
