It is virtually impossible to get support when you have difficulties in finalizing a booking. There are some presets of issues one could encounter when already having a booking, but what if a button doesn’t work before that? No option 😟

I have noticed that cash became the default payment method, without any change from my side. If there was a way to set bank card or Apple Pay back to default payment, it is well hidden in the app. I find this unacceptable, especially because my kids are also using the app and they became exposed to the “creativity “ of their drivers. If this was changed based on drivers request, very well! Stay with your drivers, customers will migrate to competition. Farewells Uber!
