Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Ordered from a restaurant, they shorted our food giving us 2 instead of 4 servings, were missing beans, the farofa was not what we ordered, the chicken was raw. Complained to Rappi. Was disconnected from the conversation 3 different times. The process is tedious and makes you explain every detail included with photos. On the fourth try, they gave me credits to use in 6 months only, which amounted to only half of the order, and disconnected me from the customer service chat not allowing me to complain further. When I clicked the option that I wa
