First of all, the email address to their “help” center is no longer monitored. Inquiries receive an automated response and a link back to the app. You cannot update your email address, and the help article indicates you should spend your rewards balance and then delete and replace your account. But you can’t spend your rewards without verifying your email….so it appears if you no longer have access to the email you originally signed up with, you just have to forfeit all your rewards because they have made it impossible to reach any form of customer service without….you guessed it….clicking a v
