The program was accidentally deleted, and we have been in contact with customer support for more than two weeks. Unfortunately, after all the communication and follow-up, their final response was that there is no possible solution to recover the lost files, which caused a major setback and disappointment as we were hoping for a way to restore the important data that was lost.
