Earlier this year, I purchased a lifetime subscription, but it did not immediately take effect on my account. I had to contact support, and it took about a week to resolve. They eventually sent me a link to activate my account. Now, my subscription has been canceled, and even though I reached out to support, this issue hasn’t been resolved yet. I followed up twice, but support has not responded. Edit: ANY UPDATE HERE? Edit: UPDATE?
