RETIRED Sleep physician

I am a retired medical doctor formerly practicing sleep medicine. I have been sleeping with CPAP for over 20 years. The technical glitches in this app make it impossible to use. The app constantly logs out and fails pairing and syncing tasks. Respironics does not seem able to correct the problems in their updates. The technical data is unreliable in my experience. In particular, the AHI or apnea hypopnea index does not correlate with real life experience.
