Today I had purchase some game packs. I spent $90 and got gems, coins and chests as well as various Legendary parts. Once I upgraded my darts by using coins, gems and parts, the game froze and I lost all my progress but was not refunded my $90. I tried restoring purchases and nothing. This is the second time this happened and I should have learned my lesson last time but I enjoy the game. Now I have messaged customer service and going to file a dispute with Apple and bank. Hopefully I can get my money back.
