I love Allegiant but we had to evacuate our hotel the day of and missed our flight. I tried to cancel through the app and couldn’t then we still went to the airport but the gate was already closed which was to be expected but nobody showed up for about 2 hours when the next flight was checking in. I had to book out of a different airport and pay full price instead of just transferring my tickets because that last plane out was almost full. If I would have waited we would have been stuck in Jacksonville from Sunday to Thursday which would not have worked out for a family of 6. Please fix your a
