You deducted money off my account over a year ago. The food was not delivered or order received by vendor. Despite numerous calls to your customer care team who kept on promising to resolve. The food was never delivered nor the money refunded. I only use you because you are the only available service in Uganda otherwise I will forever discredit you for that broad day theft
