I really enjoy using Rappi. There’s always great deals and for the most part my deliveries are always on time. I’ve experienced some problems in the past regarding a mistake with my order or even one time my food no toning but the delivery driver showed it as delivered and Rappi would not refund me. I was really upset about it but just took it as a lost. Most recently though, I haven’t had any problems and will continue using Rappi for my delivery needs.
