I had an account and no longer needed it, so I deleted it. Later on I needed it again, so I made a new account. I paid for it again and I wouldn’t get the benefits I paid for. These people tell me that my old account “no longer exists” but that if I pay for it, it goes to my account that “no longer exists”. Make it make sense. No one is willing to help. Their customer service is a broken record. They take your money with no resolution. It’s a scam.
