Terrible experience for overseas users. The app relies heavily on SMS verification, but verification codes often never arrive to U.S. phone numbers. I disabled spam filters, contacted customer support, and still got nothing except copy-paste template replies. If you don’t support international users properly, at least provide alternative login methods instead of locking people out of their accounts. Very frustrating and poorly designed system.

I even selected the easiest mode, it still very difficult. Try to push people spend money on it
