Ever since I subscribed to Headspace and followed a daily meditation routine, I've seen amazing results. I feel calmer and more in control to handle the everyday adversities. Andy's calm voice and simple instructions make it easy to develop a habit on meditating. I undoubtedly recommend it to anyone who wishes to find serenity in their busy life.
