When your passport is issued to another country and it doesn’t match your nationality then you can’t checkin online because your nationality and the country that issues your passport doesn’t match! Its very bad compare to other airlines that you can checkin conveniently. Tried to call the customer service they just said that I need to check in at the airport. Its so inconvenient. Hope you could fix your system.
