Well to all tourists and non tourists, when you call a taxi the drivers open the chat and asking you where you are going if the ride is not high enough they are waiting 6 minutes till they say to you the taxi has a problem and i cannot come i have to go back to repair it cancel the ride and call someone else. Happened to me twice and i found out from some common friends that working taxi they are doin this cause they take cancelation fee if you cancel the ride after 5-6 min once you call for a taxi.
