I signed up for a FREE TRIAL on this app and when we say free trial, charges will only be in effect after the trial period but to my surprise they charge my account on the date i signed up and i cancelled the trial before the end of trial period and they still charge me. And now they are ignoring the tickets that i have created and Customer Support is totally USELESS! Don’t ever use this app!
