I find it very impersonal and unrelatable. The insights seem generic and the lack of music doesn't help you get into a state of introspection.

The issues have been around for more than a year but the developers don’t fix the issues. You will repeatedly be logged out and when you log-in again it goes on an endless loop, the only way to fix it is delete the app and reinstall it again. When you get it to work, it is only a matter of time for you to run into the same problem again. It’s FRUSTRATING!

It crashes now when you refresh pivot tables, otherwise, the latest upgrades have been great.
