The driver refused to complete the trip without providing any valid reason, yet the fare was still charged. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. What is even more disappointing is that I did not receive any meaningful support through the app. As a customer, I expected Uber to resolve the issue promptly, but no assistance was provided. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the driver’s conduct and the lack of customer support. I expect a refund and proper follow-up on this matter.
