The app doesn’t even work. I can’t pull up my flight info, the most basic of features fail on this app every single time. I have to log into the desktop website to view my flight information and then it tells me to download the app to track my bags, yet the app won’t even pull up my info. It bugs out every time. Terrible app and a terrible airline.
