I have really appreciated the ease of Fat Secret, especially the barcode scanner…that is included in the free version! The app makes it really easy to find your food (even having meals from restaurants like IHOP and Panera in their database) and easy to adjust your portion size in different ways. Also, their calorie suggestions for both me and my wife have been spot-on. We’ve adjusted easily to our daily amount of food and we’re loosing weight slowly-but-steadily. Everyone has noticed and we actually fit into our clothes! Thanks Fat Secret!
