Been using the app for so long but the one issue I have is that my favourite teams keeps get reset after every update. So whats the point of saving the favourite if it doesnt work

Trust me when I say, shopback doesnt care if you get your cashback. Even though I did all of my steps and ensure that transaction was made through shopback, shopback claims that the transaction doesnt go through and thus I dont get it. My transactional amount made wasnt small (5k) and customer support doesnt help to escalate the case and just say sorry you are not getting your cashback despite my supporting documents. Frankly it is a joke and I felt that someone just spat at my face for the responses given.
