Goodday. I had a bad experience with the company. I’ve been trying to communicate with them and asked them multiple times for a refund because our flight was cancelled due to “pandemic caused by covid-19”. All flights were cancelled. It was not our fault. What cheapOair did was charged us with 70usd cancellation fee even if it was not our choice to cancel our flight.
