I don‘t get it. Just look at the reviews of the people who are disappointed who want to trust a cloud service (iCloud) that they‘ve come to rely upon. Wouldn‘t a company want to have these customers? Why drive them away with the only sync possible is Dropbox and that is not a good option for many people. So work on your file formats if that is the problem or be content with no growth at all and slowly diminishing user bases.
