Graying out the areas where you do not want your camera to sense motion is useless, doesn’t work. Tried over and over with my 5 various cameras and it simply does not work. Blink also has “smart detection” in the motion settings which works mostly well when you just tick off the box for ‘person’. But if you tick off ‘person’ and ‘motion’ (and NOT vehicles) you will get animals and people (great) but you will also get vehicles despite also graying out the zones near roads (not great). Barron's requires download of their update which does not support iPads with versions lower than 10.0. And based on reviews here is totally aware of the problem for many months now. Older iPads users can now only read off the website. Shame on you Barron's for hiring sub par techies
