I recently ordered (food) from app and cancelled it within 1 minute and its not even prepared yet by the restaurant. But noon will not refund full amount due to a policy that once order is placed they cant refund the amount. Logic is if such policy exist why user can cancel the order in the app (Shouldn’t be the case). User is in the losing side in this case (Paid some amount for nothing) - support will manage to return upto 50% only as a voucher

Not all possible options are given for incomplete items except refunding the exact amount of the item. Delivery of the remaining item should be there as it is a hassle for the user to order again plus there will be another charges. You should take responsibility of your supplier’s fault since user ordered in the app.
