This app hasn’t got any type of back up for customers that payment been taken and food never delivered. They keep saying that with their policy they can’t issue any refunds, they don’t look at any individual problem. I couldn’t contact the restaurant I’ve ordered from as the number wasn’t working. Rappi team said they can’t do anything about it and they simply apologise for my bad expletive so no food and no money. Poor service!!! Will never ever use this app again
