I am extremely disappointed with this app. I downloaded it because it was advertised as a free trial, but I was unexpectedly charged 3,800 THB without clearly realizing I was subscribing to a paid plan. This experience feels very misleading and unfair. I did not intend to make any purchase, and the way the subscription was presented caused confusion. It has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I have contacted support to request a refund, and I hope they will take responsibility and resolve this issue.
