App is very inferior to other library reading and listening apps. The app crashes without warning when listening to audiobooks. It just stops playing and exits. The listener is forced to re-open the app and start again and it never starts where you left off. Returning the book and re-borrowing it doesn’t help. Reinstalling the app doesn’t help. It has occurred with many different books.. I have reported it to technical support with no resolution. If possible, I would recommend using Libby or hoopla instead .
