I wasn’t allowed to use a coupon for allowing the company to have my email because I waited too long to use it. I was disconnected twice on the Soma chat help line. Via phone customer service said for me to just send in another email to get my 20 percent off coupon. With this coupon I read I was also to get free shipping. I did not. This shopping experience could have taken 15 to 20 minutes. It has taken a lot longer and I have a big headache right now. Also, items could be grouped together bett
