I really wanted to love this app. I would have easily given it 5/5 stars but my experience is lackluster. I won almost $100 in my birthday. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received anything in my Cash app or PayPal. I’ve tried to reach customer service and they continue to say they are experiencing longer times, but will not give me a timeframe so the customer service experience is completely lacking. I would’ve gladly put half of my winnings back into this game, had I received them. If the money actually gets put into my account in the next day, maybe this will be a five star,
